Service by brand
We maintain and repair Delta three-phase UPS systems as a Delta certified partner: Modulon DPH and DPH G3, Ultron DPS, DPM Gen2, HPH, NT and IPT, and the Amplon RT 3-phase, plus the discontinued Modulon NH Plus and Ultron DPM. We are a Canadian UPS service and supply provider since 2012. Same-day service in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto and Ottawa; 24 to 48 hours elsewhere in Canada.

Three-phase families we work on, each with its model page:
Discontinued families we still maintain:
Delta's large Ultron DPS frames are built in ratings from 300 to 1200 kVA, and the modular Modulon DPH scales by adding modules, so the visit is planned around the redundancy each site has. A yearly visit is the baseline: batteries measured block by block, fans and air filters, connection torque and a thermal scan under load, the event log and settings, and a written report with every reading next to the previous visit.
Delta describes the Modulon DPH as a fully modular design with hot-swappable key modules, so many repairs are a module swap done on line, without taking the load off the UPS. We diagnose from the alarm history and the measurements, quote the part and the labour before fitting anything, and test the unit back to normal operation.
Installation, maintenance and battery work on Delta units are grouped on the Delta installation and maintenance page, and the way modular frames scale is explained in the modular UPS overview.
The runtime a Delta system delivers depends on the weakest block in each string. We replace battery strings and cabinets, measure each block before and after, and size replacement strings to the runtime you need. A string is replaced as a set: one new block in an aged string ages to match the others.
The Modulon NH Plus and the first-generation Ultron DPM are no longer sold. We keep them in service while parts and batteries can be sourced. When a replacement makes more sense, we size a current system for the measured load and plan the cutover.
Planning the replacement: replacing a discontinued three-phase UPS.
Even as a Delta certified partner, we let Delta's warranty process come first. A unit still under the manufacturer's warranty, or a new system awaiting its first start-up, goes through the manufacturer first. Maintenance, repairs and batteries after that can be done by us.
Same-day service in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto and Ottawa; 24 to 48 hours elsewhere in Canada. We reply and quote within 4 business hours. Tell us the brand, the model and the symptom or the visit you need, and the quote comes back with the scope and the date.
We also service XPC (Xtreme Power Conversion), Socomec and ABB three-phase systems.
Yes. We are a Delta certified partner for three-phase UPS systems, and we maintain, repair and supply Modulon and Ultron systems across Canada.
Delta describes the Modulon DPH key modules as hot-swappable, so a failed module is usually replaced on line. We confirm the frame and redundancy before the visit.
Yes, while parts and batteries can be sourced, and we quote a current Delta system when a replacement makes more sense.
