Key facts

What we service

Three-phase families we work on, each with its model page:

Discontinued families we still maintain:

Preventive maintenance

XPC builds the M90U-80 with four power modules, internal batteries and bypass in one cabinet, and its integrated front-mounted maintenance bypass and modular static switch keep service accessible from the front. A yearly visit is the baseline: batteries measured block by block, fans and air filters, connection torque and a thermal scan under load, the event log and settings, and a written report with every reading next to the previous visit.

Supply and service of the XPC line are presented on the Xtreme Power Conversion program page, and new installations start from the installation consulting request.

Repair

XPC states that the M90U-80's independent power modules are hot-swappable without risk to the critical load, so a failed module is replaced on line. We diagnose from the alarm history and the measurements, quote the part and the labour before fitting anything, and test the unit back to normal operation.

Batteries

On the M90U-80, battery modules connect through a backplane, with up to sixteen hot-swappable modules, which speeds up battery replacement and lets it be done with the UPS running. We replace battery strings and cabinets, measure each block before and after, and size replacement strings to the runtime you need. A string is replaced as a set: one new block in an aged string ages to match the others.

Legacy and discontinued models

Older M90, R90, R91, GT90 and NXTi units stay in service while parts and batteries can be sourced. When a replacement makes more sense, we size a current system for the measured load and plan the cutover.

When the manufacturer should do the work

Even as an XPC certified partner, we let the XPC warranty process come first. A unit still under the manufacturer's warranty, or a new system awaiting its first start-up, goes through the manufacturer first. Maintenance, repairs and batteries after that can be done by us.

Coverage and quotes
